Job Description
- Prepare the operating theater by sterilizing instruments and arranging surgical equipment.
- Assist surgeons during operations by handing instruments, sutures, and supplies as needed.
- Ensure strict adherence to aseptic and infection control protocols.
- Monitor and maintain sterile field throughout surgical procedures.
- Count and track instruments, sponges, and consumables before and after surgery.
- Assist in patient positioning, draping, and preparation for surgery.
