Job Description
- Prepare operation theatre prior to surgery (sterile setup, instruments, equipment).
- Assist surgeons during surgical procedures (Scrub / Circulating role).
- Ensure strict aseptic and infection control practices.
- Count surgical instruments, sponges, and needles before and after procedures.
- Assist anesthetist during induction and recovery phases.
- Monitor patient condition during surgery.
