Job Description
- Manage the overall functioning of the Operation Theatre (OT) and ensure readiness for surgeries.
- Coordinate surgical schedules with surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff.
- Supervise OT staff, including nurses, technicians, and support personnel.
- Ensure proper sterilization, maintenance, and inventory of surgical instruments and equipment.
- Monitor infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe OT environment.
- Assist in pre-operative and post-operative patient care coordination.
- Maintain accurate records of surgeries, equipment usage, and OT logs.
