- Generate accurate OPD bills for consultations, procedures, diagnostics, and pharmacy services.
- Verify patient details, doctor charges, and service entries before final billing.
- Collect payments through cash, card, UPI, or insurance/TPA and issue receipts.
- Coordinate with TPA/insurance teams for cashless approvals and documentation.
- Reconcile daily collections and maintain billing records as per hospital policy.
- Handle billing queries, corrections, refunds, and adjustments promptly.
