- Qualification: MSc Microbiology
- Work Experience: 2 to 5 Years
Job Description
- Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and water samples (PW, WFI) as per specifications.
- Conduct environmental monitoring (EM) of manufacturing areas including viable air sampling, surface monitoring, and personnel monitoring.
- Perform sterility testing, microbial limit tests (MLT), endotoxin testing (BET), and culture handling.
- Prepare, sterilize, and manage culture media as per SOPs and maintain media records.
- Handle microbial culture maintenance, sub-culturing, and preservation as per GMP guidelines.
