- Execute manufacturing operations for semi-solid dosage forms such as creams, ointments, gels, and lotions.
- Operate and monitor equipment like planetary mixers, homogenizers, manufacturing vessels, and transfer systems.
- Ensure proper dispensing, mixing, emulsification, and batch processing as per BMR (Batch Manufacturing Record).
- Perform and verify line clearance before starting manufacturing activities.
- Supervise manpower and allocate tasks efficiently on the shop floor
