Job Description
- Supervise day-to-day packing operations to ensure smooth workflow and timely batch completion.
- Operate and oversee packing machinery such as blister, cartonator, and strip-packing machines.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety norms, and product quality standards throughout the process.
- Review and maintain BMR/BPR, packing records, and online documentation accurately.
- Conduct line clearance, in-process checks, and monitor packing parameters as per SOPs.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Planning, and Maintenance teams for uninterrupted operations.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and support preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
