Job Description
- Monitor and ensure that all production activities comply with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
- Perform in-process checks during manufacturing to verify that processes meet quality and regulatory requirements.
- Review and verify batch manufacturing records (BMR) and related production documentation.
- Ensure proper line clearance before starting production and verify cleanliness of equipment and manufacturing areas.
- Monitor critical process parameters and ensure compliance with approved specifications.
- Identify deviations, non-conformities, or quality issues during production and report them to the QA manager.
