Job Description

  • Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing activities (granulation, compression, coating, filling, packing, etc.).
  • Line clearance before start-up and after product changeover to ensure compliance with SOPs and BMR/BPR.
  • Review and verify batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packing records (BPR).
  • Monitor critical process parameters and report deviations immediately.
  • Handle deviations, OOS, OOT, change controls, and CAPA with proper documentation.
