1. Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of nursing staff.
2. Ensure adequate nursing coverage and effective staff deployment across shifts.
3. Prepare and manage duty rosters, shift schedules, leave, and staff allocation.
4. Monitor the quality and safety of patient care provided by nursing staff.
5. Ensure proper assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
6. Conduct regular rounds and monitor patients' clinical condition.
7. Ensure timely administration of medications and treatments as prescribed.
8. Maintain accurate nursing records, reports, and patient documentation.
9. Ensure compliance with in Emergency Managementfection prevention and control practices.
10. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
