Job Description
- Provide specialized care for neonates in NICU and special care units.
- Manage preterm, low-birth-weight, and critically ill newborns.
- Perform neonatal resuscitation and emergency interventions.
- Monitor vitals, lab reports, and treatment plans.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary team including nurses, pediatricians, and anesthetists.
- Counsel parents on neonatal care, nutrition, and treatment plans.
