Job Description

  • Provide specialized care for neonates in NICU and special care units.
  • Manage preterm, low-birth-weight, and critically ill newborns.
  • Perform neonatal resuscitation and emergency interventions.
  • Monitor vitals, lab reports, and treatment plans.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary team including nurses, pediatricians, and anesthetists.
  • Counsel parents on neonatal care, nutrition, and treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate NICU records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with NICU protocols, infection control, and safety standards.
  • Participate in clinical audits, research, and teaching programs.
