Job Description
- Provide specialized nursing care to critically ill or premature newborns in the NICU.
- Monitor vital signs, oxygen levels, and other clinical parameters continuously.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and nutritional support as prescribed.
- Operate and monitor NICU equipment such as incubators, ventilators, and monitors.
- Maintain accurate records of patient care, interventions, and observations.
- Coordinate with neonatologists, pediatricians, and allied health staff for treatment plans.
