4. Oversee proper documentation in compliance with National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers (NABH) guidelines.
5. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for complete and timely record updates.
6. Implement and monitor Medical Record policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
