Job Description
- Process and analyze clinical specimens such as blood, urine, sputum, stool, and other body fluids for microbiological testing.
- Perform microbiological procedures including culture, staining, organism identification, and antibiotic sensitivity testing.
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and storage of samples in accordance with laboratory protocols.
- Maintain and operate microbiology laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain compliance with laboratory quality standards (NABL/NABH).
