Job Description
- Collect, label, and process patient samples such as blood, urine, and tissue for laboratory testing.
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in hematology, microbiology, biochemistry, and pathology.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment accurately.
- Record, analyze, and report test results to physicians and healthcare teams.
- Follow strict infection control, biosafety, and quality assurance protocols in the lab.
- Maintain accurate and organized laboratory records, logs, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reagents, culture media, and other lab consumables.
