Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Market Development Manager to lead B2B sales and market expansion for our premier dental laboratory in Manjeri, Malappuram. In this role, you will build strategic partnerships with dental clinics, prosthodontists, general dentists, and hospital dental departments across Malappuram and neighboring districts in Kerala. You will be responsible for promoting our high-quality dental restorations (CAD/CAM crown & bridge, implants, clear aligners, removable prosthetics), growing our doctor network, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Doctor & Clinic Outreach (B2B Sales)

1. Identify, map, and onboard potential dental clinics, hospitals, and specialized practitioners (Prosthodontists, Implantologists, Orthodontists) in the assigned region.
2. Conduct regular clinical visits to pitch lab offerings, high-precision CAD/CAM capabilities, premium prosthetic solutions, and turnaround timelines.
3. Present case samples, digital impression workflows, and material ranges (Zirconia, PFM, E-max, Implant Abutments) directly to dentists.

2. Relationship & Account Management

1. Serve as the primary point of contact between client clinics and our internal dental technicians/lab team.
2. Build long-term, trusted relationships with dentists to maximize case volume and client retention.
3. Address feedback, handle impression/restoration queries, and ensure customer satisfaction with final prosthesis fit and aesthetics.

3. Market Strategy & Territory Growth

1. Develop and execute monthly sales plans to expand market coverage across Malappuram and nearby clusters (Calicut, Wayanad, Palakkad).
2. Monitor competitor activities, local lab pricing trends, and emerging digital dentistry tech to adapt sales strategies.
3. Organize clinical workshops, digital scanner demonstrations, and product presentation sessions for key dental practitioners.

4. Sales Operations & Reporting

1. Maintain an active pipeline of prospective dental clinics and track daily field visits using CRM software/reporting tools.
2. Coordinate case pickup and delivery routes with the logistics team to ensure seamless service levels.
3. Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business (BBA/MBA), Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related fields. BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) graduates or candidates with a Diploma/Degree in Dental Technology with a strong aptitude for business development are highly encouraged to apply.
2. Experience: 2–5 years of proven track record in B2B sales or market development within dental lab solutions, dental consumables, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
3. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Malayalam (essential for local practitioner interaction) and working knowledge of English.

Key Competencies

1. Excellent field sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
2. Strong understanding of basic dental terminology, prosthetics, CAD/CAM workflow, or willingness to undergo intensive technical product training.
3. Self-motivated "hunter" mindset with strong route-planning and territory management abilities.
4. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned district/region.
