Mar Sleeva Medicity Palai is a quaternary care hospital founded by the Diocese of Palai and entrusted to the Palai Diocesan Medical Education Trust (PDMET) for its management and administration. The first project of the trust was the Mar Sleeva College of Nursing at Cherpunkal, successfully inaugurated in 2006.
