Job Description

  • Plan, organize, and supervise production activities for Oral Solid Dosage (tablets, capsules, granulation, compression, coating, and packing).
  • Ensure production operations are carried out in compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage production schedules to meet daily, monthly, and annual manufacturing targets.
  • Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and process efficiency.
  • Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Warehouse, and other departments for smooth production operations.
  • Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and ensure proper documentation.
