Job Description
- Lead and manage overall HR operations and strategy.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding process.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage payroll, compensation, and benefits administration.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Labor Laws, etc.).
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
