Job Description
- Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of hospital/building infrastructure.
- Ensure uninterrupted functioning of utilities, HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems.
- Lead and supervise maintenance engineers, technicians and outsourced staff.
- Maintain safety systems including fire fighting, lifts, generators and medical gas pipelines.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC/CMC and spare procurement.
- Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory regulations and hospital standards.
- Monitor maintenance budgets, control costs and optimize resource utilization.
- Handle emergency breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of services.
