Job Description

  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of hospital/building infrastructure.
  • Ensure uninterrupted functioning of utilities, HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Lead and supervise maintenance engineers, technicians and outsourced staff.
  • Maintain safety systems including fire fighting, lifts, generators and medical gas pipelines.
  • Coordinate with vendors for repairs, AMC/CMC and spare procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory regulations and hospital standards.
  • Monitor maintenance budgets, control costs and optimize resource utilization.
  • Handle emergency breakdowns and ensure quick restoration of services.
