Job Description
- Lead and manage the Engineering & Maintenance department.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of production equipment with minimum downtime.
- Oversee installation, qualification, and commissioning of new machines.
- Manage utility systems (HVAC, Boiler, Chiller, Air Compressor, DG Set).
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
- Control maintenance budget and spare parts inventory.
- Lead audit preparation and regulatory inspections.
- Train and supervise engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff.
