Job Description
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to mothers during labor, delivery, and immediate recovery phase.
- Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs including fetal heart rate and uterine contractions.
- Assist obstetricians/gynecologists during normal and assisted deliveries (including C-sections).
- Administer prescribed medications, IV fluids, and pain management therapies.
- Prepare and maintain LDR room with sterile instruments and required equipment.
- Provide emotional and psychological support to the mother and family during labor.
