- Monitor labouring mothers’ vital signs and labour progression (fetal heart rate, contractions, cervical dilation).
- Provide continuous support and care during labour and delivery.
- Assist obstetricians during normal delivery and emergency procedures (LSCS support if required).
- Administer prescribed medications and IV fluids.
- Prepare labour room with necessary sterile instruments and equipment.
