Job Description
- Manage day-to-day laboratory operations and workflow.
- Ensure quality, accuracy and timely reporting of lab tests.
- Supervise lab staff, duty rosters and performance.
- Implement and monitor QC, QA and SOP compliance.
- Handle NABL audits, inspections and documentation.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and calibrations.
- Manage lab inventory, reagents and consumables.
- Coordinate with clinicians and hospital administration.
