Job Description

Manage and grow relationships with strategic clients to drive business growth.
Understand client needs, challenges, and industry trends for tailored solutions.
Develop account plans, identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.
Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders in key accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of account activity, sales pipelines, and client interactions.
