- Prepare and process in-patient (IP) bills accurately.
- Collect and verify all charge sheets from departments (OT, pharmacy, lab, etc.).
- Coordinate with nursing staff and doctors for treatment updates and billing inputs.
- Handle advance payments, deposits, and final settlements.
- Process insurance/TPA documentation and approvals.
- Ensure proper coding and billing as per hospital policies.
