Job Description
- Prepare and process inpatient (IP) bills for admitted patients accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify patient details, treatment charges, investigations, medicines, and other service charges.
- Coordinate with nursing staff, doctors, pharmacy, and diagnostic departments for billing updates.
- Ensure all services provided to the patient are correctly captured in the billing system.
- Handle insurance and TPA billing documentation when applicable.
- Explain billing details and payment procedures to patients and their attendants.
