Job Description

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the ICU unit.
  • Provide expert nursing care to critically ill patients and ensure quality treatment.
  • Allocate duties, prepare duty rosters, and guide ICU nursing staff.
  • Monitor ventilated patients, vital parameters, and critical care equipment.
  • Handle ICU emergencies and lead code blue / resuscitation procedures.
