Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening and interview scheduling.
- Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory compliance with accounts team.
- Assist in implementation of HR policies, procedures and company guidelines.
- Support performance appraisal and training & development activities.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS and maintain HR databases.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing needs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies and HR best practices.
