Job Description
- Diagnose and manage blood-related disorders such as anemia, leukemia, lymphoma, clotting disorders, and hemophilia.
- Interpret hematological tests including CBC, bone marrow biopsy, coagulation profiles, and flow cytometry.
- Develop and implement treatment plans involving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and transfusion therapies.
- Monitor patients undergoing treatment and modify plans based on response and side effects.
- Collaborate with oncologists, pathologists, radiologists, and transplant teams for integrated care.
- Guide and supervise bone marrow or stem cell transplantation procedures when applicable.
