Description

Examining patients on a regular basis to diagnose various gynaecological disorders.
Keeping a record of and updating medical histories of patients.
Recommending effective birth control methods to patients.
Performing a range of diagnostic tests on patients, including as colposcopies, endometrial biopsies, Pap smears, STD tests, ultrasounds, hormone profile blood tests, and STD tests.
Educating people about test results, diagnoses, and available treatments.
Performing gynaecological and surgical treatments on patients, including sterilizations, pelvic laparoscopies, dilatation and curettages, and cervical cryosurgeries.
Directing patients to further medical experts when necessary.
Teaching patients about concerns related to reproductive health and illness prevention.
Gynecologists' qualifications:
State-issued license to practice medicine. Doctor of medicine (MD) or doctor of osteopathic medicine (BAMS, MS, (Obs & Gynec)).
The American Board of Obstetrics & Genecology has certified them.
Gynecologists' experience that can be proven.
The capacity for fast decision-making.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Strong communication abilities.
