Job Description

1. Perform general and laparoscopic surgical procedures independently.
2. Manage patients requiring elective as well as emergency surgical care.
3. Conduct pre-operative assessment and determine appropriate surgical management.
4. Provide post-operative care and follow-up of surgical patients.
5. Manage common general surgical conditions and emergencies.
6. Perform and assist in laparoscopic procedures as per clinical requirements and expertise.
7. Coordinate with Anesthesia, Critical Care, Radiology, and other departments for peri-operative patient management.
8. Participate in inpatient, OPD, and emergency surgical services.
9. Maintain appropriate clinical documentation and surgical records.
10. Follow hospital protocols and established standards for patient safety and surgical care.
