Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated General Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team.
The physician will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with a wide range of medical conditions, providing comprehensive patient care, and ensuring effective clinical management.
Conduct patient consultations, medical history, and physical examinations.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Review and interpret laboratory, imaging, and other diagnostic reports.
Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans.
Prescribe medications and monitor patient response to treatment.
Manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, infections, respiratory disorders, and other medical conditions.
Identify and manage medical emergencies and provide initial stabilization.
Provide preventive healthcare and lifestyle counseling.
Monitor patient progress and provide regular follow-up care.
Refer patients to specialists when required.
Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
