- Provide comprehensive medical care to OPD & IPD patients.
- Diagnose, treat & monitor patients with medical illnesses.
- Handle medical emergencies and stabilize critical patients.
- Coordinate referrals and consultations with other specialties.
- Supervise junior residents, interns & nursing staff.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation & discharge summaries.
- Participate in ward rounds, audits & academic activities.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols & NABH standards.
- Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis & treatment plans.
- Participate in research, CMEs & quality improvement initiatives
