- Lead and manage the Food & Beverage (F&B) department, including kitchen, dietary services, and cafeteria operations.
- Plan and implement patient diet plans in coordination with Dieticians and Clinical teams.
- Ensure preparation and distribution of hygienic, nutritious, and timely meals for patients, attendants, and staff.
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards (FSSAI), hygiene protocols, and hospital policies.
- Oversee procurement of raw materials, vendor management, and inventory control.
