About the Role

We are looking for a Floor manager/Operations manager to support day-to-day operations, enhance patient experience, and ensure smooth functioning of our Dermatology clinic.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily clinic operations and maintain service standards
2. Ensure smooth patient flow, appointments, and counselling coordination
3. Handle patient queries, issues, and coordination
4. Manage and support in smooth operations between front desk, procedures and consultant
5. Coordinate with doctors, therapists and receptionist
6. Assist with center hygiene, safety, and compliance protocols
7. Support counselling activities when needed

Requirements

1. 2–3 years’ experience in healthcare operations (Skin clinic preferred)
2. Strong communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills
3. Patient-centric approach and ability to handle sensitive cases
