• Oversee day-to-day facility operations including maintenance, housekeeping and security.
• Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and utility services.
• Coordinate with engineering, biomedical and support teams for uninterrupted operations.
• Manage vendors, service contracts, AMCs and outsourced manpower.
• Ensure compliance with fire safety, statutory norms and hospital/facility policies.
• Monitor facility budgets, control costs and optimize operational efficiency.
• Handle space management, infrastructure planning and facility upgrades.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure quick resolution of facility-related issues.
• Maintain facility records, reports, checklists and compliance documentation.
• Support internal and external audits, accreditation and quality initiatives.
