Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations including maintenance, housekeeping and security.
- Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and utility services.
- Coordinate with engineering, biomedical and support teams for uninterrupted operations.
- Manage vendors, service contracts, AMCs and outsourced manpower.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, statutory norms and hospital/facility policies.
- Monitor facility budgets, control costs and optimize operational efficiency.
- Handle space management, infrastructure planning and facility upgrades.
- Respond to emergencies and ensure quick resolution of facility-related issues.
- Maintain facility records, reports, checklists and compliance documentation.
- Support internal and external audits, accreditation and quality initiatives.
