Job Description

1. Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
2. Ensure proper inventory control, accurate stock records, and timely stock reconciliation.
3. Maintain compliance with cGMP, regulatory requirements, and safety guidelines for pharmaceutical materials.
4. Coordinate with production, QA, and QC teams for timely material issuance and batch dispatch.
5. Supervise proper handling, storage conditions, and shelf-life management of materials, including temperature-sensitive and controlled substances.
6. Perform regular cycle counts, stock audits, and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager or QA.
