- Coordinate with TPAs, insurance companies, and clients for cashless and reimbursement claims.
- Verify patient insurance details and eligibility before treatment or admission.
- Process pre-authorization requests, claim submissions, and approvals efficiently.
- Liaise between hospital departments, patients, and insurers to resolve claim-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of all claims, approvals, and correspondence.
- Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely settlement from TPAs/insurers.
