- Implement and monitor hospital quality standards and protocols.
- Ensure compliance with NABH and other accreditation requirements.
- Develop, review, and update hospital policies, SOPs, and quality manuals.
- Conduct internal audits and prepare the hospital for external audits/accreditation.
- Monitor key quality indicators (KPIs) such as infection rates, patient safety indicators, etc.
- Coordinate with all departments (clinical and non-clinical) for quality improvement initiatives.
