Job Description

• Perform routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and water as per SOPs and pharmacopeial standards (USP, IP, BP, etc.).
• Conduct analytical tests including physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis using lab equipment such as HPLC, UV, FTIR, etc.
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain culture media, reagents, and analytical solutions.
• Record and review test results accurately and report deviations, OOS (Out of Specification), or OOT (Out of Trend) findings.
• Maintain laboratory instruments, calibration records, and ensure proper functioning of all QC equipment.
• Participate in method validation, method transfer, and stability studies as per regulatory guidelines.
