Job Description

• Perform routine quality control testing of raw materials, in-process samples, finished products, and utilities (water, solvents) as per SOPs.
• Conduct physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis using lab equipment such as HPLC, UV, FTIR, and GC.
• Prepare, sterilize, and maintain reagents, standards, and analytical solutions according to pharmacopeial guidelines (USP, IP, BP).
• Record, review, and report test results accurately; identify and escalate OOS (Out of Specification) or OOT (Out of Trend) results.
• Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and ensure proper functioning of QC equipment.
• Participate in method validation, method transfer, and stability studies under regulatory compliance.
