Job Description

1. Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products according to approved methods and SOPs.
2. Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements such as U.S. Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) and World Health Organization (WHO-GMP).
3. Operate and maintain laboratory instruments (HPLC, UV, GC, FTIR, dissolution apparatus, etc.) and ensure calibration and validation.
4. Review and verify test results, maintain laboratory records, and report deviations accurately.
5. Conduct in-process checks and environmental monitoring to ensure product quality.
6. Coordinate with QA and production teams for sample collection, testing schedules, and release of batches.
