Job Description

1. Plan and execute daily production activities for Oncology OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) as per production schedule.
2. Ensure manufacturing operations (granulation, compression, coating, capsule filling) are performed as per BMR and SOPs.
3. Maintain compliance with cGMP guidelines and regulatory requirements such as U.S. Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) and World Health Organization (WHO-GMP).
4. Supervise operators and shop-floor staff to ensure productivity and adherence to safety protocols, especially for cytotoxic products.
5. Monitor critical process parameters and ensure proper documentation of batch records.
6. Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks, validation, and deviation handling.
