Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met.
- Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment and machinery as per SOPs.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures during production.
- Monitor in-process checks, material consumption, and batch quality in coordination with QA and QC.
- Maintain accurate production records, batch production reports (BPR), and shift logs.
- Assist in planning production schedules, manpower allocation, and workflow optimization.
