Job Description

  • Plan, monitor, and execute daily production activities for Softgel manufacturing as per approved production schedules.
  • Supervise gelatin preparation, fill material handling, encapsulation, drying, and sorting processes.
  • Ensure all production operations are conducted as per Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and SOPs.
  • Maintain strict compliance with cGMP, USFDA, and WHO-GMP guidelines for product quality and safety.
  • Monitor in-process parameters such as capsule weight, fill volume, ribbon temperature, and moisture content.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks, sampling, validation, and deviation reporting.
