Job Description
- Supervise and execute day-to-day packing operations to ensure timely and accurate batch completion.
- Verify packing materials (cartons, labels, inserts) and ensure correct batch numbers, product codes, and expiry dates.
- Perform in-process quality checks to maintain product standards and compliance with SOPs and GMP.
- Maintain accurate Batch Packing Records (BPR), reconciliation sheets, and deviation reports.
- Ensure line clearance before starting each batch and proper segregation of materials.
- Coordinate with QA, Production, and Warehouse teams for smooth packing operations.
- Train and guide packing operators to ensure adherence to SOPs, quality, and safety standards.
