Job Description

1. Perform routine and non-routine microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products as per SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
2. Conduct environmental monitoring of cleanrooms (air, surface, and personnel monitoring) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
3. Operate and maintain microbiology laboratory equipment, including incubators, autoclaves, laminar airflow units, and microscopes.
4. Perform sterility testing, microbial limit tests, bioburden testing, and other microbiological assays for injectable and oral dosage forms.
5. Document and maintain accurate laboratory records, test results, and report deviations or out-of-specification (OOS) findings.
