Job Description
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including servers, computers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and upgrade software, operating systems, and applications as needed.
- Ensure data backup, security, and recovery protocols are implemented and followed.
- Assist in network management, including LAN/WAN setup, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
- Maintain IT inventory, licenses, and documentation of all systems and processes.
